Newborn Help

I do not recommend formal sleep training until your baby is around 3.5-4 months old. With that said, there are certainly things you can do to have a more restful night's sleep and better naps! During the newborn phase, I like to focus heavily on building a solid foundation of healthy sleep habits so that you will hopefully be able to fly through your 4-month regression with ease.
